References: The bootstrapping URI format was defined for Wi-Fi Alliance Device Provisioning Protocol (DPP) specification to provide an extensible, efficient method of communicating bootstrapping information. It provides a common format for communicating information in a Quick Response (QR) code, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) frame, or Near-field communication (NFC) tag.
