Persian language is written in a variant of Arabic alphabet. This presents a source of confusion and possible abuse by clients using different variants of Arabic keyboard. Our Persian IDN is based on the standard Persian keyboard but allows for the use of Arabic keyboard, with similar characters being automatically converted into standard Persian. A ‘bundle’ of up to five other potentially confusable variants of the registered domain is automatically saved for the registrant. -
