Key Management Facility House Rules
The following rules applies to both Root Zone Key Management Facilities. Please read them carefully before traveling to the facility.
- You need a government-issued photo identification (e.g. passport, driver’s license, military ID) to enter the facility.
- You are required to display facility issued ID badges at all times.
- Your bags are subject to scanned and/or searched by security personnel while entering the facility. You may also be required to go through a metal detector.
- You are not allowed to record any audio and/or video on the premises outside of the ceremony room.
- Small personal electronics (such as cell phones) may only be used in the ceremony in a discreet manner that does not interrupt the ceremony. The devices must be silenced.
- You are not allowed to bring large electronics (such as laptops, large cameras) in to the ceremony room unless by prior arrangement.
- Weapons of any kind (e.g., guns, explosives, knives, pepper sprays) are not allowed on the premises.
- Our facilities are smoke-free.
