Description

New values must not be directly added to the 
"iana-tls-cipher-suite-algs" YANG module. They must instead be added 
to the "TLS Cipher Suites" registry in the "Transport Layer Security 
(TLS) Parameters" registry group [IANA registry tls-parameters].
